 Absolutely. You can provide a clear, recent photo (or link your social profile), and we’ll transform it into luxury imagery aligned with your brand. You don’t need a professional photoshoot. 

 Most projects are completed within 5 business days. If you need faster turnaround, we offer a Rush Delivery option for an additional fee. 

 Yes. We use your submitted likeness, brand color palette, and aesthetic direction to craft natural, recognizable images — never generic avatars. Each final image is hand-curated to reflect your essence. 

Due to the highly customized nature of our work, all sales are final. Please review the package features, ask questions, and ensure we’re a fit before purchasing.

 Your package includes one (1) round of revisions to ensure you’re aligned with the direction. Additional revisions may incur a fee (we’ll quote this before proceeding). 

 You’ll receive full usage rights for all delivered images and content for your personal and business platforms — social media, website, ads, marketing, etc. You may not resale or license them to third parties without separate agreement. 

You’ll receive high-resolution JPG/PNG files for images, MP4 or compatible formats for videos, and text files (Google Doc or Word) for captions, scripts, and brand direction. Everything will be optimized for web and social use. 

Yes — you may upgrade your package mid-cycle or add à la carte services (mini-shoots, hashtag kits, etc.). We’ll invoice the difference or prorate the upgrade. Reach out to discuss. 

Timely delivery of your brand assets (logo, color palette, fonts, reference photos) ensures we stay on schedule. Delays in your submission may shift project timelines accordingly.
